To claim your Custom Resene Bespoke Panel Set, claimants must:
Step 1: Purchase an eligible Samsung Bespoke refrigerator from a Participating Retailer during the 20th November 2024 – 11th February 2025.
Step 2: Take a photo of the receipt you received of your new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator.
Step 3: Take a photo of the serial number of your new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator.
Step 4: Email [email protected] with the following details, along with the photos of store receipt and serial number by 11th May 2025.
• Full name
• Phone number
• Store & Branch
• SKU Purchased
• Date of Purchase
• Serial number
Samsung will not be held responsible for, and shall have no obligation to fulfil late claims.
Step 5: Check your email for a confirmation of your claim. A redemption code will be sent to your email once the purchase is validated. If you have emailed through your claim before the 11th February 2025 without a serial number, once you receive your products, you must complete your claim by emailing through your serial number and redeem the $1 Resene panels by 11th May 2025.
For purchases made during the Q3 promotion period (28 August 2024 to 24 September 2024), you remain eligible to claim and redeem the $1 Resene panels until 24 December 2024 by emailing all the required information to [email protected]. If you submitted your claim before 24 September 2024 without a serial number, you must email your serial number to [email protected] after receiving your product to complete your claim and redeem the $1 Resene panels by 24 December 2024. Samsung will not be held responsible for, and shall have no obligation to fulfil late claims.
