What is Samsung's Change Of Mind Policy?
Samsung Electronics New Zealand has a change of mind policy for eligible consumers who purchase an eligible ‘Mobile Product’ from the Samsung Online Store. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not include EPP.
Eligible ‘Mobile Products’ mean a Samsung smartphone, tablet, or wearable device, or accessory related to such a device, that a consumer purchases directly from the Samsung Online Store at https://117.p.syniva.es/nz/.
If you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind, the following criteria apply:
(a) You have up to 14 days from the time you receive the product to initiate a return.
(b) The product must be returned undamaged and in as-new condition.
(c) The Product must be returned with all original packaging, instructions and accessories.
(d) You must provide proof of purchase.
(e) For hygiene reasons, wearable Products (including watches, galaxy buds, headphones etc) must be returned in the original sealed and unopened packaging.
(f) Returning a Product for change of mind is limited to one occasion per person & type of product. If you have previously trialled and returned a Product, you are not entitled on a future occasion to a return for change of mind forany similar Products.
(g) If you received a gift with purchase (including a voucher), the gift must be returned when you return the Product.
