What to do when an error occurred in Samsung TV Plus

Although Samsung works to provide the best service to users, errors may happen. That is why it is important to provide solutions and explain how to reach them. Here’s what to do if you encounter an error.

If you get an error, the first thing you need to do is to check if you have the "Samsung Members" app downloaded on your device. If you do not have the app, install it.

Once you have downloaded the app, run Samsung TV Plus and check if the error is still happening. If so, please report the error following the next steps.

1 At the main screen of Samsung TV Plus, select the “Settings” option at the top of the screen by tapping the more options menu.
2 Select “Contact us” and tap the “Error reports” option.
3 On the following screen, if the general questions do not help you solve the problem, click on “Contact us/Error reports”.
4 Click the “Send reports” button and tap the “Send System log data” with the error details.
5 Once the problem log has been verified, you will receive a response to your report.
