How to clean the BESPOKE Jet brushes and pipe
The BESPOKE Jet comes with a variety of brushes for multiple surfaces and surroundings. Be sure to clean the vacuum accessories after use, so they're ready for the next job.
Clean and care for your BESPOKE Jet
To maintain your vacuum and keep it running well, you should clean its filter and brushes frequently. BESPOKE Jet brushes are easy to detach with a simple touch and it is easy to clean each part.
When cleaning or replacing the brushes, never put fingers or other objects into the fan chamber which could cause an injury or severe product damage.
Note:
- Be sure to turn off the Emergency Switch before disassembling or assembling the unit.
How to clean the brushes and pipes
Accessories may vary depending on the model you have.
Do not clean the Slim Action Brush with water.
Note:
- If the BESPOKE Jet does not work after cleaning the brushes, the overheating prevention device of the motor might be in operation. Wait 30 minutes or more for the motor to cool and try to operate again.
When cleaning the brush, be careful not to catch your fingers in the fold of the brush.

If you have attached the single-use wet pads to the Wet Brush, throw them away when you're finished. The multi-use wet pads, on the other hand, can be washed and dried after each use.
- The multi-use wet pads can be cleaned in a normal washing machine with neutral detergent.
- Do not boil the wet pads. If the wet pads are exposed to heat, softener, etc., they may be degraded or discolored which may cause product performance to decrease.
Note:
- Use genuine wet pads from Samsung Electronics for the Wet Brush.
- When you want to purchase additional multi-use wet pads for the Wet Brush, contact a Samsung service center.
Remove tangled foreign matter or hair with scissors.
Insert a long thin stick and rotate several times to clean the Extension Crevice Tool or the pipe.
