When you hear strange noises from your microwave while cooking, one possible cause is that the turntable or roller ring may have been dislocated from their respective positions. The turntable should rotate freely. Check if the turntable is balanced correctly.
If you are experiencing the following, unplug the unit from the power outlet for 30 seconds then turn it back on.
- Microwave is beeping repeatedly or intermittently while not in use.
- If you hear unusual noise from the microwave or a noise that you are concerned about.
- Unit will not stop beeping even after pressing the “Stop or Clear” buttons.
NOTE: The machine may generate humming sound during operation. This is normal, this can be attributed to either oscillation of magnetron or the vent fan operating.
