Quick Wash cycle is taking too long. Is this normal?

The Samsung Quick Wash is designed to go through a cycle in approximately 15 – 30 minutes. Alterntively you can freely select the cycles between 15 to 60 minutes for perfect fast washing with no aggressive action.

There are some factors however that could possibly extend that time.

• Ensure that all of the connections are correct and the washer is on level ground.
• The degree of soiling and water pressure also contributes to the cycle run time.
• Selecting other functions also extends the time to run through a cycle.
• The quick wash program is intended for loads of 2kgs or under.

At the beginning of the program, the machine will automatically check the weight of the washing load. If a load is over the 2kg limit this will extend the time it takes to run through the cycle.
So for example, washing bedding or a heavy load will take longer than it would if you were to put in a light load and could extend the time it takes to complete the cycle up to over an hour.
