Here are the things that you may want to check in a scenario wherein there is water leaking from the Washing Machine.
Note: This article generally applies to all types of Washing Machines (Front Load, Top Load, Washer and Dryer Combo)
Lints and hair stick to the seal (diaphragm) which can cause water leak from the door. Please ensure this is cleaned before use.
Improperly installed connections, and damage to the hoses (such as the hose from the tap) may cause leakage.
A drain hose in the wrong position may also cause leakage.
Leakage may also result from an improperly closed debris filter cap or from a clogged debris filter.
For more information, see Debris filter cleaning.
Overloading the washing may also cause leakage, make sure that the capacity of the Washing Machine is being observed.
Leaks can also occur if the Washing Machine is installed on unstable/non-level ground.
Leaks can also occur if the pressure from the water tap is too high.
Leaks can also occur if the detergent drawer is not properly closed.
