Why does my Wearable Galaxy/Gear not track my routine on GPS.
Please note, this section is designed to give you basic product troubleshooting information, also refer to your user manual for more information.
It is common for many users to turn on the exercise and start running before the watch has actually locked on to the GPS satellites.
Please keep in mind the watch is not a continuous GPS mapping activity tracker and only captures the movement or mapping while using an exercise routine from Samsung Health or other exercise application.
If you are going to start a workout, choose if you would like to start this on the watch or the phone. It is not recommended to start a workout on both devices at the same time as this may conflict as it will work on the same Samsung Health account.

Note: Satellites are detected and locked on via line of sight and therefore if the runner is under cover, like running through a tunnel or under a long bridge at any stage then the GPS may stop tracking until the satellite is locked on again with clear line of sight.
