How to use Galaxy Wearable Self Diagnostics

Galaxy Wearable self-diagnostic mode checks the health and status of your Galaxy devices hardware and software to ensure that everything is running smoothly with your Galaxy Watch or Galaxy Buds.

How to use Galaxy Wearable Self Diagnostics

Please Note:

  • Ensure you have downloaded and are using the latest software version of wearable device, Samsung Members, Galaxy Wearable to get the most complete diagnostic and update options.
  • Self Diagnostics is available on Galaxy Watch 4 and above.
  • Self Diagnostics is available on Galaxy Watch Buds 2 Pro and above.

Step 1. Open Samsung Members app.

Step 2. Tap Support.

Step 3. Tap to select your Galaxy Watch or Galaxy Buds from the list of connected wearable devices and enter the self diagnostic options.

Step 4. Once you have selected Buds or Watch, select an option from the list to perform that diagnostic function.
