Samsung Galaxy Watch does not vibrate
If the watch does not vibrate when it's supposed to, make sure watch only mode is turned off, and check the vibrate option for Bluetooth disconnection alerts and notifications. However, if the problem continues, inspect the watch for physical damages.

To turn off Watch only mode, press and hold the Power key for 3 seconds. The watch's logo screen will appear. Watch only mode will turn off, and all other functions can now be used.

From the watch's Home screen, swipe upwards, and then navigate to and open Settings. You can also swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick settings panel, and then tap the Settings icon.
Tap Connections, and then tap Disconnection alerts. Select your desired option.
Note: If your watch is not making sounds or vibrating, you may have turned off the sound settings by accident.

Swipe to and tap Sounds and vibration, and then tap Sound mode. Make sure it's set to Sound, and then tap the switch next to Vibrate with sound.
