There is a new feature called Brighten Screen.

This means that the brightness on your mobile screen will temporarily increase when you are trying to unlock your mobile with face recognition while in the dark.

If this is happening to your mobile you are able to turn this feature off by

        -  Go into settings, select Biometrics and security.

        -  Select Face recognition.

        -  Tap on the switch on the right hand side to turn on/off.
