⑨ Troubleshooting

When any problem occurs while using the Game Bar, you can access the Troubleshooting guide and find a solution.

Use Ultrawide GameView™ on your PC (Ultra Wide Game)

2021 Samsung TVs support Ultrawide GameView on PC games.

Gamers can easily change the display aspect ratio from 16:9 to 21:9 or 32:9 through the Game Bar. Samsung’s Game Bar quickly and easily supports Ultrawide GameView™ in 2021 TVs.

Ultrawide GameView™ presents a wider field of view that was invisible in a 16:9 conventional aspect ratio. Ultrawide GameView provides a more immersive, more informative view of the game so one could see the peripheries of a battlefield where enemies could be lurking.

Ultrawide GameView is often cited as an amazing feature allowing gamers the freedom to customize the feel of the games’ resolution according to game genre and personal preferences. Gamers often score higher when playing first person shooter games in ultra-wide aspect ratios and experience greater satisfaction.

How to troubleshoot if the screen ratio does not change automatically

For some games, you will have to change the resolution in the game settings that you are playing to match the screen ratio. Some games automatically change the screen ratio, but some games do not change the screen ratio automatically, making it is necessary to change the screen ratio in the game.

Note: Device screenshots and menus may vary depending on the device model and software version.
