How to use Screen Mirroring function of SMART TV?

a) On the mobile device, run Screen Mirroring. The mobile device searches for available devices to connect to.
b) In the search result list, select the TV. The TV displays a pop-up at the top of the screen.
c) In the pop-up, select Allow to connect the mobile device.
All previously allowed mobile devices will automatically connect without needing approval. If you select Deny, the device cannot connect. In addition, you are setting the device`s connection status to Deny and it will not be able to connect in the future unless you change its connection status. To change the connection status of a denied device, Navigate to Network → Screen Mirroring → Device Manager, select the device and then select Allow.
Mobile device may not find TV normally. In this case, please refer to 'Not searching TV in Mobile device...
a) Navigate to Network → Screen Mirroring and then select Screen Mirroring.
The Screen Mirroring function starts. You can also start Screen Mirroring by pressing the SOURCE button on your remote and then selecting Screen Mirroring from the list at the top of the screen.
b) Launch Screen Mirroring on your mobile device. The device searches for available devices.
c) Select the TV from the list. The TV automatically allows the connection and the device connects.
If the mobile device cannot connect, please try turning the TV off and on.
This function is only available if devices have previously connected to the TV or have previously attempted to connect and been denied.
a) Navigate to Network → Screen Mirroring → Device Manager. The TV displays a list of devices that have previously connected to the TV or have tried to connect to the TV and been denied. The status of the connection (Allow/Deny) is also displayed.
b) In the pop-up, you can select Allow connection, Deny connection or Delete the device from the list.
Important: Make sure your TV is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone. Some TVs may require you to switch inputs or turn on screen mirroring. Compatibility with non-Samsung TVs may vary or may not be available. Check your TV's user manual for specific details.
Make a big statement by projecting photos or videos from your phone or tablet onto your TV. You can also do the opposite and stream your TV to your phone's or tablet's screen!
Open the Quick Settings panel by swiping down from the top of the screen using two fingers. Then swipe to and tap the Smart View icon.
Tap your TV from the list of Available devices. Depending on the TV, you may need to enter a PIN or allow access to complete the connection.
Your phone's or tablet's screen will now appear on the TV. If you want to stream the TV's screen to your phone or tablet, and the TV supports it, tap Other device → Phone. To switch back, tap Phone → Other device.
When you are done using Smart View, tap the Smart View icon on your phone, and then tap Disconnect.
You can mirror your phone’s or tablet's display to a TV using the SmartThings app as well.
Using your phone or tablet, open the SmartThings app, and select the TV you would like to mirror to. Make sure the TV is turned on and connected to your SmartThings account.
In the TV's setting page, tap More options (the three vertical dots), and then tap Mirror screen (Smart View). If needed, give your TV permission to access your device. Once that's done, your device's screen will appear on the TV.
Note: This feature may not be available on the PC version of SmartThings.
Trying to watch a movie on your PC can be straining. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could watch it on a big screen? You're in luck because Windows 10 offers the ability to mirror your PC on a TV.
Requirements
Before everyone can enjoy the shows, make sure your PC and TV have the right requirements. You will need:
A WiDi compatible PC: Most newer PCs that come with Windows 8 or Windows 10, support WiDi. The best to way find out if your PC is compatible is trying to mirror your screen. If your PC does not support WiDi, you always use a separate USB adapter.
Miracast/WiDi receiver on your TV: Make sure your TV has a Miracast or WiDi receiver. If not, you can always use an external adapter.
Mirror your screen
With all the right gear set, it’s time to mirror your screen. Once connected, anything you do on the PC will be mirrored on your TV.
On your PC, click Start, and then click Settings. Next, click Devices, and then click Bluetooth & other devices. Click Add Bluetooth or other device, and then click Wireless display or dock. Then, click your TV once its name is displayed If prompted, select Allow on your TV.
When the connection is complete, click Done on your PC. Now your PC screen will be mirrored to the TV.
Disconnect the devices
Once you are finished mirroring your screen, it's time to disconnect.
Click Start, click Settings, and then click Devices.
Click Bluetooth & other devices, and click the connected TV.
Click Remove device, and then click Yes.
Please note: Some settings or programs in the laptop may interfere with the connection.
