Step 1

Purchase a Topload Inverter Washing Machine

Purchase a Topload Inverter Washing Machine from Samsung.com/ph between June 15 to July 15, 2024.
Step 2

Schedule Topload Washing Machine installation

7-day trial starts when the product is installed. A customer service representative will call you upon purchase of your unit to schedule installation.
Step 3

Enjoy or return your washing machine within 7 days

After installation, experience a powerful wash with your new topload unit. If you are satisfied, simply keep the unit. Otherwise, contact Samsung Contact Center within 7 days of product installation for refund processing.

Which products are eligible for Buy and Try?

Promo mechanics on Buy and Try

1. Buy any of the participating Samsung Topload Washing Machines and try it within 7-Days upon installation date.
2. This promotion is valid for purchases made in Samsung.com/ph.
3. Offer is valid nationwide (as long as part of serviceable area).
4. Installation is required. Customer service will call customer to schedule installation within 7 days from delivery. Samsung Customer Service team to conduct product demo and proper usage during installation process. Installation is free of charge.
5. Customers will then be given a 7-day trial period upon visit of Samsung Customer Service for the product installation.
6. Customer to call official Samsung Customer Service to schedule pick up should they file for return/refund within the 7-Day trial period.

Product pullout will take the following days for selected locations:

  • National Capital Region: 5 Days
  • Luzon: 15 Days
  • Visayas and Mindanao: 30 Days

Customers will get guaranteed return approval if requested within the 7-day trial period starting from the installation date. Refund will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received in our warehouse, after which, the refund will follow the standard lead times depending on the payment method used in the order.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - 15 banking days (refund via bank deposit)
  • Credit Card, Billease, Home Credit - 5 to 15 banking days (may vary per bank)
  • Debit Card - within 45 banking days (may vary per bank)
  • Mobile Wallets (GCash, GrabPay, Maya) - 7 banking days
  • 0%-interest installment plans up to 36 months via credit card (selected banks) - 10 to 15 banking days
  • Dragonpay – up to 25 banking days (refund via bank deposit). Our authorized customer service agent may request additional details and documents (such as but not limited to your bank account details, valid ID, and proof of payment) for us to process the refund.
9. Change of Mind will be valid return/refund reason in addition to existing valid reasons. i.e.: damaged product, defective product and etc. 
10. Customers can only participate once during promo duration. Repeat customers using same postal code and delivery address would no longer be eligible.
11. Samsung reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations that it deems unsafe / unreachable. In this case, another delivery address shall be asked of the customer to provide (applicable to Samsung Online Store).
12. The promotion offers are not applicable to B2B or Institutional transactions.
13. Gray units/parallel imported Samsung products are not eligible for this promotion.
