  • How do I place an order online?

    To place an order, visit our website or download Samsung shop app and navigate to the product buy page. Click the "Buy now" button and follow the checkout process to complete your order.

  • You can buy Samsung Care+ with your new Galaxy device or within 30 days of your device activation.

  • There are two ways where you can apply for trade-in:
     1.  On the product buy page, choose trade-in "Yes, please" before proceeding to cart.
     2.  Add to cart the item you wish to purchase, you can avail the trade-in option in the checkout page.
