What happens to my trade-in order if the final trade-in value is different from the initial trade-in value?
If the final trade-in value proves lower than the initial trade-in value upon actual re-assessment of our courier, you may choose to pay the variance using any of our available payment methods (except COD) through a payment link that will be sent directly to your registered email address by our trade-in partner. Once your payment is validated by our payment provider and trade-in partner, you will be required to sign a waiver for the separate collection of your old device within two (2) business days from your order’s delivery date. After which, our courier will proceed to handover the new device.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: If you refuse to pay the trade-in value difference, we will proceed with the cancellation of your trade-in transaction. You hereby understand therefore agree that we can cancel your trade-in transaction if you choose not to pay the trade-in value difference.
