Conscious Repair
Here at Samsung, we want to make things easier to get you and your Galaxy device back on track—at the fraction of the cost for both your pocket and the environment. Samsung has launched the Conscious Repair Service where you can have your Galaxy phone screen repaired by targeting only the broken LCD panel, saving the bracket and frame it is attached to for reuse. With this innovative process, we are reducing the parts you have to pay for, as well as the electronic waste we generate, without sacrificing the same excellent quality service we provide.
Recommended Pricing for Conscious Repair
Samsung has recommended retail pricing for the conscious repair on certain Galaxy smartphones in the event that you have to pay for the service (e.g. because the issue is found to be customer induced or the service is not covered under the Consumer Act of the Philippines).
These prices are recommended retail prices only. Actual prices for the service may vary, including in cases where additional damage has been caused as a result of the device's damage. Please confirm the actual price with your service center prior to the service taking place.
