Softener does not dispense in the washing machine

First, check if the dispenser is working or not by:

1. Fill the fabric softener just below the MAX line. 

2. Select 'Rinse' and press the start button.

3. When completed, check if the fabric softener has been properly dispensed. Make sure that the softener doesn't exceed the MAX line and read the manufacturer's recommendation.

4. A clogged dispenser can block the flow of water through the dispenser. Remove the dispenser by pressing the release lever and rinse leftover detergent or additives that could clog the flow of water through the dispenser (use a soft brush).

5. Many spray jets ensure there is sufficient water in the conditioner and conditioner departments. It is common for a buildup of dirt to be found in the area.

There are simple guidelines that will assist you to deal with the problem. 

• Carefully spray the area with water while using a soft brush to remove the dirt.
• Rinse the drawer then refill it and check if the jets are working correctly by water being dispensed in them.
• Re-check if the dispenser is working fine and try to run a cycle to see if the issue is resolved. If it is not solved, We recommend you contact our professionals or visit the nearest Samsung Authorize Service Center to repair your unit.
