Solution for no spinning of washing machine

1. Check the debris filter and clean it. (for front loader only)

2. Check to see if the drain hose is clogged or kinked.

• Do not form an airtight connection
• Less than 6 inches is inadequate
• 6-8 inches is required
• Over 8 inches cause siphoning
• Check for kinks or bent areas

3. SUD Error code appears when there is an excessive detergent, then you need to add a Rinse cycle to get rid of the bubbles. 

4. 5C/5E error code appears when there is a Draining malfunction.
