How to book a repair appointment

There are several convenient ways to book a repair appointment with Samsung. Whether you're seeking help with a product repair or technical support, here are the different methods available to save time and skip the queue.

Follow these steps to schedule your repair.

Step 1. Launch the Samsung Members app. From the home screen, tap Support.

Step 2.Tap Book appointment.

Step 3. Complete the required details. Select the date, time, and your preferred service center location. Select the issue of your device and input your contact number. Lastly, click Book.

Step 4. You can find your booking details for your reference.

Follow these steps to schedule your repair.

Step 1. Sign in to your Samsung account. If you don't have an account yet, click on the "Create Account" option to set up a new one. Enter your email and password.

Step 2. Click New Product Registration.

Step 3. Please enter your product's serial number (S/N) or IMEI number then click Verify.

Step 4. Complete the required details. Select the date, time, and your preferred service center location.

Step 5. Select an issue you are experiencing with your device and input your contact number. Lastly, click Submit.

Step 6. You can find the details of your booking on the Track My Repair
