How to check the battery percentage on your Galaxy smartphone

Choose any of these two methods to show or hide the battery percentage in your Galaxy smartphone.

Method 1

  1. Pull the drop-down menu.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Notifications.
  4. Tap Advanced settings.
  5. Tap Show battery percentage. You may tap again to hide. 

Method 2

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Tap Battery and device care
  3. Tap Battery
  4. Tap More battery settings
  5. Tap Show battery percentage. Tap again to hide.
