Pet-friendly service centers

You don’t have to worry about leaving your pet behind when you need to get help from Samsung Customer Service. We welcome all paws with a smile as we take care of your product needs. To ensure a pleasant visit, please take note of the following guidelines:

• Only small- to medium-sized (up to 25kg) dogs or cats will be allowed inside service centers.
• Kindly make sure to bring a copy of your pets' vaccination cards for screening or emergency purposes.
• Keep your pet leashed or secured in a carrier at all times.
• Please make sure your pet has a diaper on to avoid accidents. In the event that accidents do happen, kindly clean up after them. Make sure to bring poop bags, wipes, or sanitizing items that would help maintain the cleanliness of your furry friend and the service center.
• If your pet needs refreshment, approach any of our service center staff and we will gladly provide your pet with a fresh bowl of water.
• Keep your furry friend under your control and supervision at all times. This is to ensure their safety, as well as the safety of the people and things surrounding them.
• Maintain a safe distance between your pet and other customers.
• If your furry friend begins to get overexcited, aggressive, or anxious, kindly step outside and calm them down to maintain order in the service center.

Again, Samsung promotes responsible pet ownership. Pet owners will be solely responsible for any situation which may arise involving their pets. Observing these guidelines will greatly help us in giving you, your pets, and all of our customers the best experience in our service centers.

All paws are welcome at any of the locations below, but please be reminded that Samsung has sole discretion to refuse entrance or assist you out if any of the guidelines are not followed.
