What does the error code (3E) mean and how to fix it?
What causes the Motor Driving Error (3E)?
- The Motor might be overloaded due to too much laundry (Non-sensing)
- The motor hall sensor terminal might be not connected.
- PBA fault
- Foreign material (a screw) has entered the motor.
- The PBC housing terminal is not connected.
And for the error code (3E) that appears on the washing machine has 2 ways to solve it:
1. Switch off the appliance at the mains then wait 30 seconds. Switch the appliance back on again and start a new program.
2. If the problem persists please call the customer support team.
