Why is my Samsung Galaxy S4 not receiving text messages from certain numbers?

If you are not receiving text messages from certain numbers you may have have accidentially added these numbers to your spam list. You will not receive messages from numbers that are on your spam list.

1.    From the Home screen tap Applications.

2.    Tap Messaging.

3.    Tap Menu.

4.    Tap Settings.

5.    Scoll down to and tick the Spam settings check box.

6.    Tap Add to spam numbers.

7.    Press and hold down the number you wish to remove from the spam list and then tap Delete.

If your spam numbers list does not contain a number from which you are not receiving messages then there may be a problem with the sender's device or network. In this case we recommend, where possible, that you advise the sender to contact his or her network operator about this.
