Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the offer (the “Samsung Care Pack Offer” or the “Offer”) whereby a limited number of eligible owners (the “Customer(s)”) of certain specified Samsung Galaxy products listed in Table 1 & 2 below (the “Eligible Product Model(s)”) may, in the discretion of the relevant Authorized Warranty Services Provider (“AWSP”), receive a discount of up to 100% for the repair/replacement of the damaged display screen caused to the Eligible Product Model(s) listed below (within warranty).


Eligibility of the Offer

2. The Offer is only applicable to the Eligible Product Model(s), purchased through the Samsung E-Store (https://117.p.syniva.es/pk) (the “E-store”) or through other official channels operating in Pakistan. This Offer does not include devices purchased out of Pakistan or devices not intended for Pakistan.

3. This Offer is only applicable for in-warranty devices, i.e., the devices whose warranty period has not yet expired and is available in Pakistan.

4. The Samsung Care Pack Offer is only valid for one-time repair/replacement within the standard warranty period.

5. This offer is available only in cases of unintended/accidental shattered/damage screen. This Offer does not apply to cases of liquid damage, burn-in damage or black glass damage or scratches. This Offer shall also not apply to cases where shattered glass is coupled with liquid or burn damage or a black glass issue.

6. For Eligible Product Model(s) purchased from the E-store the maximum discounts that may be granted by the AWSP

7. For Galaxy Z and S series devices of Eligible Product Model(s) purchased through other official channels operating in Pakistan the maximum discounts that may be provided under the Offer

8. Samsung A-Series devices not purchased through the E-store are not eligible for the Samsung Care Pack Screen Repair Discount provided under this Offer.

Provision of Services
9. The Offer shall be provided in the following manner:

(a) The Customer shall take the Eligible Product Model(s) to one of the AWSP appointed by Samsung Gulf FZE ("Samsung”) in Pakistan. The Customer(s) shall present, proof of purchase, i.e., Samsung E-store or Retail invoice as the amount of discount is dependent on where the Customer has bought their device from. Thereafter, the AWSP will confirm whether the Eligible Product Model(s) is within the warranty period and is otherwise eligible for the Offer.

(b) All parts that are replaced by the AWSP shall be retained by the AWSP and the Customer(s) shall have no claim over them. The repair of the Eligible Product Model(s) submitted may be delayed depending on the availability of the spare parts. The Customer accepts this and shall make no claims in this regard if the delay is appropriately communicated to them.

(c) Before submitting the Eligible Product Model(s) for repair, the Customer(s) shall ensure to clear and back up any personal data and to remove any SIM card or memory cards from the Eligible Product Model(s). Samsung or the AWSP shall not be liable for the loss of any content, data or any other information contained in the Eligible Product Model(s).

(d) Samsung or the AWSP(s) providing the services under the Samsung Care Pack Offer shall not be liable to the Customer(s) for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with the Offer.

(e) The AWSP shall have complete discretion in deciding as the sole judge whether any damage to the display screen of the Eligible Product Model(s) qualifies for the Offer or not; and the Customer(s) cannot challenge such determination.

10. Samsung shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The making of this Samsung Service Pack Offer is not any admission of any liability. Customers(s) accepting or availing this Samsung Service Pack Offer shall have no other claim or remedy in respect of the Eligible Product Model(s) to the extent of the problems in the display screen if any and any such claim will be deemed to have been waived.

11. By participating in this Offer, the Customer(s) accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to their participation in this Samsung Service Pack Offer will be raised only between the Customer(s) and the AWSP and Samsung shall not be liable whatsoever to the Customer(s) for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

12. Any dispute of whatever nature, which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the Customer’s participation in the Offer, shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and shall be resolved by the competent courts at Lahore.
