1. These terms and conditions govern the promotion being extended as “Tele Sales Retention Program” (“Offer”) entitling a limited number of Samsung users from amongst those Samsung users who have consented to receive marketing calls from Samsung and/or have called the Samsung Call Centre themselves (“Customers”), to receive a discount on certain Samsung products listed for sale on the Samsung E-Store in Pakistan (https://117.p.syniva.es/pk) (the “E-Store”).

2. Under this Offer, Customers may be offered a discount between 5% and 10% of the sales value of the products listed for sale on the E-store (the “Discount”), depending on the existing promotion on the product.

3. The Offer is valid from [01st Jan 2024 till 31st Dec 2024] ([10:00] am) to [19:00] (pm) (the “Offer Period”).

4. The Discount will be provided as per the mechanism explained below:


a. Call Initiation: Discount will be communicated to the Customers in one of the following ways:

• The Customers may receive a call from the Tele Sales Agent of Samsung (the “Agent”). The Agent will explain to the Customer the ongoing promotions available on the E-Store; or
• If the Customer calls the Samsung Call Centre at 08007267864, at the end of their call the Agent may explain to the Customer the ongoing promotions on the E-store.

b. If the Customer is interested in purchasing any product listed for sale on the E-store, the Agent may, in his sole discretion, offer the customer a Discount. The Discount may be clubbed with the ongoing promotions if any on the relevant product.

c. If the Customer accepts, the Agent will place the order for the Customer. The Agent will ask the Customer to provide their delivery details and a valid email address. Once the order has been placed by the Agent, the Customer will receive a link in their email (the “Payment Link”). The Customer may then complete his order by clicking on the Payment Link which will land them on the e-store payment portal. The Customer should then review the order and complete the purchase by inputting the relevant payment details.


5. The Customer must complete the purchase through the Payment Link received in his email within [24] hours. In case the Customer does not complete the purchase, the Offer and the Payment Link will lapse, and the Customer will not be entitled to claim the offered Discount.

6. The Discount offered to the Customer is based on the product selected by the Customer and communicated to the Agent. While the Customer may add further products to the same cart, the Discount will only be applied to the product previously selected.

7. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to communicate the proper email address to the Agent. In case the Customer communicates an incorrect email address, Samsung will not be liable to provide the Customer with a Discount and no claims will be entertained in this regard. In case the Customer communicates the correct email address but does not receive the Payment Link within 24 hours, or faces any difficulty in using the Payment Link, they may contact 0800-7267864.

8. No claim shall be entertained after the expiry of the Payment Link.

General Terms

9. The Discount is an additional gratuitous benefit, not part of the relevant product.

10. Samsung and its distributors reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time before an order for the products is confirmed, particularly in case of the economic situation of the country, devaluation and import related problems. The Discount shall be applied, and the final prices will be calculated on the basis of the prices displayed on the E-Store at the time of the purchase.

11. The above-mentioned Offer is available to the Customers on a first-come-first-served basis, provided they complete their order for the relevant purchased product, pay for it and accept delivery. No Discount or Gift (if applicable) can be claimed under the Offer by a Customer in case of an incomplete, returned or cancelled order.

12. The Offer is provided gratuitously, without any additional/separate consideration and is in the complete discretion of Samsung. The placing of an order on call and even making payment by an online payment method does not amount to acceptance of the Offer and conclusion of a contract between you and the relevant seller. An order is confirmed only when the process for delivery of the product is initiated by Samsung’s authorized distributor. In the case where payment is made using a credit/debit card, the approval of your order will be conditional upon successful payment, in addition to the conditions mentioned above.

13. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that any of these Offer is not a part of the consideration for their decision to purchase the product and that the Customer’s decision has not been made based on the availability of any of this Offer.

14. The Discount given under this Offer may not be redeemed nor exchangeable for cash or other Samsung products and is only applicable on the E-Store.

15. Samsung shall be entitled at its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Offer, or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the continuance of any of this Offer.

16. Samsung shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with the purchase and/or use of this Offer or the inability to use such Offer.

17. By participating in the Offer launched under this Offer, the Customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature, which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the Customer, shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and shall be resolved by the competent courts at Lahore.

18. The Terms and Conditions of the E-Store, as available at https://117.p.syniva.es/pk/terms-and-conditions, shall apply in addition, but subject to, these terms.

19. Samsung discourages Bulk Buying i.e., any order for the purchase of more than 2 units by a single individual or from the same address or from the same payment source, are considered as Bulk Buying and includes placement of multiple orders by a single person/entity. As a result, all those orders which in the opinion of Samsung are likely to be part of Bulk Buying, may be cancelled by Samsung. Samsung shall be the sole judge in this regard.

20. If any order is accepted by system error or on account of mistake after the expiry or lapse of the Offer(s) or after the stocks have ended, Samsung may cancel such orders. The relevant seller (as specified in the Terms and Conditions of the E-Store) will then attempt to provide a full refund of the payment received by it within fifteen (15) working days after the end of the Offer Period. The Customer acknowledges and understands that the sale contract is between the Customer and the relevant seller to whom payment is made, and Samsung is not liable for any dispute regarding the payment or the refund.

21. For the purposes of this Offer and the payment, the email address of the Customer will be the email address that the provide on call with the Agent. No claims will be entertained if the said email address is incorrect.

22. The Offer is available to Customers on a first-come-first-served basis and subject to availability of stocks. No Discount can be claimed under the Offer by the Customer in cases of an incomplete, returned or cancelled order.
