Samsung vacuum will not turn on
Sometimes the vacuum cleaner will not cooperate and work, and the problem can usually be corrected by verifying that all power connections are safe and that any batteries in use are charged, if the problem is not resolved, you can follow the following.
POWERbot's power cycle
Step 1. Turn off the emergency key at the bottom of the broom, wait at least 5 seconds, and then restart it.
Step 2. Contentiously press the start button until the broom is turned on. Do not use the remote control.
Try to charge the POWERbot
Step 1. Plug the docking station into an outlet you know is working. (You can test the outlet with a lamp)
Step 2. Place the vacuum on the docking station, make sure the charging pins are aligned correctly, and wait at least 5 minutes.
Step 3. Touch and hold Start on the vacuum again.
Note: Some models have a docking station that displays a red light when it is plugged in, and also a green light when the vacuum is on the docking station. Not every model has these lights.
