What is personalised Running coach?

The personalised Running coach feature evaluates your running ability and recommends a personalised training plan based on your running level. Running level analysis is based on multiple indicators including heart rate, VO₂max, profile data, distance, and pace. These metrics help create a more accurate and personalised coaching experience.

  • Your initial running level is determined by a 12-minute test and classified into one of 10 levels.
  • Based on your result, a personalised plan is selected from over 160 available training programmes.
