Terms and Conditions:
· This screen protection film replacement service campaign (the “Campaign”) is valid starting the 26th of August 2022 (“Campaign Period”).
· This Campaign is only valid across Samsung Brand shops and Samsung authorized retail stores and Samsung online store on the following link: (117.p.syniva.es/sa_en) in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- This Campaign is only available for customers purchasing selected Samsung mobile phones as illustrated below (the “Devices”) where customers purchasing the Devices can receive one (1) replacement only, free of charge, of the protective screen film (the ”Complimentary Replacement”) only valid for two (2) years starting from the device activation date.
· Devices included in this Campaign for Complimentary Replacement:

· Quantities of the Complementary Replacement parts are limited and are offered on a selective, first-come first-serve basis, and at all times, at the discretion of Samsung.
· This Campaign cannot be combined with any other ongoing or future campaign, and all other warranty conditions remain as standard.
· Samsung will not be liable to the customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever, suffered in connection with the customer inability to avail this Campaign within the Campaign Period.
· Samsung will be entitled at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate or modify the Campaign or to modify, vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time prior or during the Campaign Period.
· By participating in this Campaign customers accept that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the participation in this Campaign, will be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
