Why I can’t find some of the features of SmartThings Find?

How can I unlock my Galaxy phone now?

You can be supported for factory reset from service centers after identification check

Note: After factory reset, all user data will be deleted, so please backup all the data, You can use various ways to back up and restore such as Smart Switch, Samsung Cloud, MS One Drive, and Google drive.
