How to backup with recovery on Samsung Windows 8 PC?

Creating a new drive

Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Computer Management

In the Computer Management window, select Disk Management of Storage

Among the Disk 0 partitions, right click the C partition
4
Click Shrink Volume and click the Shrink button
5
Sufficiently set the shrink volume size and follow instructions on the screen to perform shrink volume
6
After shrinking, right click on a newly created partition named Unallocated
7
Click New Simple Volume and follow instructions on the screen to perform volume creation
Backing up with Recovery
1
Run the Recovery program
2
Click the Backup menu
3
Click Yes to run with administrator privileges
4
Specify the newly created drive for Please select a drive for saving backup data
5
Click the Backup button to start backing up the current state
6
Run Windows Explorer and check whether a folder named SamsungRecovery has been created in the newly created drive, and take caution not to delete or change it
