How to lock the touchpad for Samsung Ativ Book 9?

Please note: To disable the touchpad, use the Touchpad On/Off option to your preference. The touchpad can be disabled temporarily
Locking with shortcut keys

If you want to use the mouse only, you can turn the touchpad off by pressing the Fn + F5 keys
Alternatively, press the Fn Lock key and then press the F5 key to turn the touchpad function off

Auto-locking when connection USB mouse
Please note: This auto-locking function is not available for some models

If an external USB pointing device is connected, in the Charms menu, select Desktop > Settings > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Touchpad > check Disabled to disabled the touchpad feature
