How to restart Gear IconX if the device is not responding

If the touchpad becomes unresponsive or the earbuds do not work properly, restart the earbuds and wear them again.

1 Remove the wingtip from an earbud. Use a paper clip to press and hold the Restart button above the heart rate sensor for more than seven seconds. The earbuds will be deactivated
To restart earbuds
2 Press and hold the Restart button for more than three seconds to restart the earbud
3 Follow the same procedure for the other earbud
