SmartThings Outlet is showing the incorrect status
If your Samsung SmartThings Outlet is showing the incorrect status, follow these steps:
a. On Samsung SmartThings home screen, tap Outlet > tap More (3 vertical dots on the top right) > Edit > Delete device
b. Unplug the outlet
c. To re-add Outlet, tap + on the home screen > Add Device > SmartThings > Outlets
d. Hold the button down on the outlet and plug it in
e. Once the LED on the outlet turns on, immediately let go of the button
f. Let the LED flash 3 times and then turn the outlet on and off until it connects
