ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการบริการ

1. การให้บริการ

1.1 ตรวจสอบสภาพภายนอก และประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของสินค้า และแจ้งลูกค้าทราบ ก่อนเริ่มดำเนินการทำความสะอาดและบำรุงรักษา

1.2 ตรวจสอบการทำงานของสินค้า รวมถึงการรั่ว ซึม ระบบภายใน และการประกอบ หลังดำเนินการ

2. บริการนี้ครอบคลุมค่าแรง ค่าอุปกรณ์ และค่าเดินทาง ในระยะห่างจากศูนย์บริการไม่เกิน 50 กิโลเมตร และรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว กรณีที่บ้านของลูกค้าอยู่ในระยะห่างจากศูนย์บริการเกิน 50 กิโลเมตร จะมีการคิดค่าเดินทางเพิ่มเติมตามระยะทางจริงอีกในอัตรา 5 บาท ต่อกิโลเมตร โดยสามารถตรวจสอบพื้นที่ และสาขาศูนย์บริการได้ที่ 117.p.syniva.es/th/support/service-location

3. แพคเกจนี้ให้บริการเพียง 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น โดยสามารถติดต่อขอรับบริการได้ภายใน 1 ปีนับจากวันซื้อแพคเกจ ผ่านช่องทาง

3.1 โทร 1282 ให้บริการตั้งแต่เวลา 8:00 น. – 22:00 น.

3.2 Live chat ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

3.3 LINE @samsungservice ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

4. ลูกค้าต้องผู้อำนวยความสะดวกในการใช้พื้นที่เช่น ห้องน้ำ พื้นที่ซักล้าง รวมถึง น้ำ ไฟฟ้า ที่จอดรถ ค่าจอดรถ และการขออนุญาตเข้าพื้นที่กับนิติบุคคลของหมู่บ้านหรือห้องชุด หากมี

5. บริการนี้สามารถใช้ได้ทั้งกับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่อยู่ใน และนอกเงื่อนไขหรือระยะเวลารับประกัน เฉพาะผลิตภัณฑ์ที่นำเข้าและจัดจำหน่ายโดย บริษัท ไทยซัมซุง อิเลคโทรนิคส์ จำกัด เท่านั้น

6. การสงวนสิทธิ์ในการให้บริการ และไม่คืนค่าบริการที่ได้ชำระมาแล้ว หากตรวจพบดังต่อไปนี้

6.1 กรณีพบความเสียหาย เสื่อมสภาพ ชิ้นส่วนพลาสติกกรอบ หรือชิ้นส่วนชำรุด ก่อนเริ่มดำเนินการ จะประสานงานกับ Call Center เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้ลูกค้า ในการเปิดงานซ่อมแซมสินค้าแทน

6.2 กรณีตรวจพบว่ามีการดัดแปลง แก้ไข หรือใช้งานผิดประเถท รวมทั้งใช้อะไหล่ หรือชิ้นส่วน ที่ไม่ได้จัดจำหน่ายโดยบริษัทฯ

6.3 กรณีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ไม่เอื้ออำนวย หรือพื้นที่จำกัด ที่ทำให้ไม่สามารถถอดถังล้างได้ โดยลูกค้าไม่ได้แจ้งข้อมูลข้อจำกัดของพื้นที่ไว้ในตอนติดต่อขอรับบริการ

7. รับประกันเป็นระยะเวลา 15 วันนับ จากวันที่ให้บริการ โดยครอบคลุมถึง การรั่วซึม น้ำหยด หรือเสียงดัง ที่เกิดจากการแกะล้าง หรือประกอบชิ้นส่วน
