  • Which products can I register in my Samsung Account?

    You can only register products made by Samsung. Storage devices (SSD etc.) and components cannot be registered, even when made by Samsung.
  • 1) Characters
        Please pay close attention. The letter ‘O’ may resemble the number 0, and the letter ’S’ may resemble the number 5.
    2) Serial number location
        Please enter the serial number located on the product itself, not the one on the package.
  • Instructions on how to find your IMEI and SIM numbers are provided when you enter these details.

    • Product details are immediately available to our Samsung Experts, making it easier to find documents and process your queries more efficiently.

    • Download the latest manuals, FAQs and instructions specific to the products you have registered.

    • Track the status of your repair and order online.

    • Enjoy expanded experiences with recommended products based on My Products.
  • Scan the QR code using your Samsung phone or tablet, and then follow the registration instructions.This feature is only supported on Samsung Home Appliances, and non-smart monitors.Please ensure you scan the registration QR code and not the one for SmartThings.
  • No one knows your Samsung better than our Samsung Support Experts. Should you ever need to repair your Samsung device, you can easily book a repair online at 117.p.syniva.es/uk/support/repair or directly in your My Page account.

    To book a repair in your My Page account, product registration is required to ensure a quick and easy online experience. To do begin your repair journey, click ‘Get Support’ next to your registered product in ‘My Products’.
  • Once you sign into My Page using your Samsung Account, you can view your list of registered products under the ‘My Products' section.
  • You can register your Samsung Product using the Samsung Members App by following these steps:
    1) Open the Samsung Members app, and tap 'Support'
    2) Select ‘Register'
    3) Choose your preferred registration method: scan QR code, scan Wi-Fi, or use barcode
    4) To complete the registration on Samsung.com, click the 'Register' button for the product listed in Unregistered Products section on My Products.

    *Please note, products registered on this website may not be visible in the Samsung Members app.

  • When you connect your Samsung Smart Home compatible appliance to the SmartThings app, some of devices will be automatically added to the 'Registered Products' section on your My Products page.


    To register your product to the SmartThings app, you can utilize 'QR Code Scan', 'Scan nearby device' or 'Add device' manually.


    Please note : some of products like TVs, Speakers may not be automatically listed on My Products page when you connect them to SmartThings.

  • Samsung TV models produced from 2020 have a convenient feature that allows you to register through your TV. This means that you do not have to find your serial number, making the process quick and easy. Follow the steps below to register your TV.

    1) Press the home button on your remote control, then select Samsung Account

    2) Log into your Samsung Account. If you have a Samsung mobile device, you can use the same account details.

    3) Select TV Registration.

    4) Read the on-screen terms and conditions, then select Agree & Register.

    5) Once the registration has completed, select Close.
  • Please note:

    • If you are using a VPN, try switching this off during the registration process as this can cause connection issues.
  • All Samsung products come with a manufacturer’s warranty; further details about the warranties that come with our products can be found on our support page: 117.p.syniva.es/uk/support/warranty. When it comes to working out the length of your warranty period, if you do not have information regarding the date of purchase of your product, we can calculate this based on the serial number or IMEI of your device.

    Where you have provided us with proof of purchase information relating to your product, we will refer to a ‘Confirmed Warranty’, we are able to calculate the warranty period from the date on which you actually purchased your product.
  • Personal information collected via Samsung Account on My Page is used for the following purposes:

    • Should you ever need to get in touch with us, the Samsung Customer Support team will be able to access the information you used to register your product, as well as device information, in order assist you in the most effective way possible.

    • The Customer Support team will also be able to view the status of your repair requests.

    With the information you provide us on Samsung Account, we can:

    • Provide information and guidance about the device logged or purchased to make product registration and potential repair processes easier.

    • Monitor the status updates of product repair requests.

    • Provide you with product information related to your current purchased or logged products.
