Our specialist partner, Swiftcare, will carry out the installation of all integrated and built-in appliances.

• Connect to water supply • Ensure appliance is level • Removal of door panels • Ensure appliance is level • Fix door panel (supplied by customer) to new appliance |
Ovens |
• A safe connection to existing electrical supply (plug included) |

• Connect to water supply • Ensure appliance is level • Removal of door panels • Ensure appliance is level • Fix door panel (supplied by customer) to new appliance |
Hood |
Built in telescopic: • Hardwiring or plug connection (plug provided) to existing ducting. or re-circulating • Fixing to the surrounding area
Wall mount cooker hood: • Securing fixings (parts supplied) available in the wall • Provide suitable fixing points • Install new extractor connect to existing electrical supply and ducting and fit chimney section • Please note: Swiftcare do not fit wall mount cooker hoods to plasterboard walls |
Microwave ovens |
• Hardwiring of appliance cable to existing outlet, with correct supply, isolation switch and fuse |
What this service doesn’t include
• Correcting wiring issues for the electricity supply
• Major pipework alterations
• Adjustments to the area surrounding the appliance (e.g. fitting or moving shelves, cutting out shelves or cabinets etc.)
• Restoring any exposed walls or furnishings uncovered by the installation
• Alterations to chimneys
• Hanging extractor fans on plasterboard walls
What happens next?
Installation costs vary and will be confirmed at checkout. Once you’ve placed your order, our specialist partner, Swiftcare, will call you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm) to arrange delivery.
If you place an order over a weekend, then Swiftcare will call you the following Monday. During the call, they will also run through a checklist, to ensure that your installation goes smoothly.
Swiftcare will call you the day before your delivery to confirm your 4-hour delivery window. You will also receive email confirmation.
On the day of your delivery, the installation team will call you one hour before your booking.
Swiftcare delivery times:
Mainland UK average delivery leadtime – 5 days (Monday to Friday only)
Scottish and Highlands average delivery leadtime – 10 days (Monday to Friday only)
What you need to do
• Make sure that the measurements of the installation area matches the size requirements of the appliance you are purchasing
• Supply a door panel, if needed, for integrated dishwasher installations
