When you reach your claim limit, your policy will automatically end and no refund will be due. Customers paying monthly can make up to 2 claims per 12 months, with a maximum 4-6 claims over 36 months. Customers who purchase a 1-year policy are allowed 2 claims in the period. Customers with a 2-year policy are allowed 4 claims in the period.
