You earn points at the time you complete your purchase on Samsung.com (i.e. when you receive your order confirmation email), but your points cannot be used on Samsung.com for 14 days after you make your purchase. Your points will show as 'Reserved' until then. Please also note that purchases made on Samsung Business Shop, Student Shop or Employee Purchase Portals do not earn Samsung Rewards Points, nor do phones purchased through Samsung Upgrade Programme. If you use trade-in to pay for part of your order, you will only receive points for the proportion you pay after the discount.
