How do I clear the cache on my device?
Your cache is a temporary data storage area for information that your device may use again in the future. For example, if you visit a web page, the cache may store a copy of the information on the website so that it can load quicker if you visit it again. Your cache may be storing unnecessary data and could be taking up space on your device. If you are running out of storage space on your device or find that it is running slowly, it may help to clear your cache.

Why are some Android apps crashing?
If you're noticing that certain Android apps crash as soon as they are opened, you will need to update Google Chrome and Android System Webview. This is caused by an issue in Google Webview and updating these apps will solve it.

You may wish to clear the entire cache partition on your device. Follow the steps below to do so via the recovery menu.
If your device has a physical home button (for example, S6 or S7), press and hold the Volume Up, Home and Power buttons simultaneously.
When you feel the device vibrate, release the Power button. Your device will vibrate again and a menu will appear. When you see this, release the remaining buttons.
If your device does not have a physical home button but does have a separate Power button (for example, S8, S9, S10/S10+), press the Volume Up, Bixby, and Power buttons simultaneously until your device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. You can then release all buttons.
If your device does not have a Home button or a separate Power button (for example, Note10, Fold, Z Flip), press the Volume Up and Side buttons simultaneously until your device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. You can then release the buttons.
