What is Samsung Pass and how do I use it?
Samsung Pass allows you to use your saved biometric information (fingerprint, iris, or face recognition) to log into accounts, apps and websites.
You can also add in personal information such as your address and card information so you can populate this quickly and more easily. Please note that biometric data and personal information are saved to your device only, and do not sync to other devices.

Once you have registered with Samsung Pass, you will get a prompt asking you if you want to save your biometric information the next time you open an eligible app or website.
If you agree, you will get the below message each time you need to login to that app or website. Simply, place your fingerprint on the scanner or hold the phone up to your face to recognise your face or irises to log in.
Be aware that the type of biometrics and whether you can use it throughout the app will depend on the app itself. Some apps may only permit biometric logins to do certain things. For example, you may be able to use your fingerprint to log into a shopping app but prompted to enter your password when you need to pay.
