Registering your products gives you faster support and access to all the services for your products in one place.

Registration is quick and easy with Samsung Account, and can be completed online in My Page.

Once you’ve signed in, go to My Products and click Register.

Product Registration and Warranty FAQs

All Samsung products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. This standard manufacturer’s warranty refers to the length of time Samsung will provide you with a repair (if necessary) to ensure your product is working to specification and includes repair parts and labour. The standard warranty period differs depending on the type of product, to find out more please check the Samsung warranty page.

When you register your Samsung products you will be able to:

  • See tailored content for your registered products
  • View the remaining warranty period for your registered products
  • Access quick technical support
  • Easily access troubleshooting and booking a repair online
  • View product manuals, FAQs and tips

You can register your product in different ways:

Register online: Visit My Page and sign in or create a Samsung Account to register the model and serial number of your product.

Scan QR code: Through the Samsung Members App, click ‘Support’ and then ‘+ Register’. Tap ‘Scan’ under the QR code heading to scan the QR sticker. Select the product type and enter or scan the model, IMEI or serial number.

Scan Wi-Fi: Through the Samsung Members App, click ‘Support’ and then ‘+ Register’. If your product is eligible and already connected to Wi-Fi, tap ‘Scan’ under the Wi-Fi heading then select your product.

It’s good to note that:

The QR code, barcode, model number and serial number for your product are usually found on the sticker on the side or back of the product or packaging.

If you don't have your packaging, the location of the serial number and model number depends on your product.

We do, for certain product categories, provide a promotional (free of charge) extended warranty period. If you register an eligible product for extended warranty (within 90 days of purchase), you will receive an extended warranty period for that product. This is only available on selected Samsung Home Appliances and TVs purchased from selected retailers. T&Cs apply. Please see question 5 for more information.

Please note, registering or adding your Samsung product through Members, Samsung Account or through your TV does not apply any extended warranty to the product. To check eligibility and register for an extended warranty, where applicable, please refer to question 5.

Samsung provides a promotional, free of charge, extended warranty on selected products including 5 year home appliance and TV warranty, as well as a 2 or 3 year microwave oven warranty.*

To register and claim, your product must be eligible.
