SOS Messaging and more
Galaxy smartphones and wearables allow you or your children to reach out for help and raise an SOS emergency alert.
Parents and guardians can manage call and text filters, monitor permissions for camera, microphone and location of a device, and locate missing devices. They can also create secure folders to keep any files, images or apps private in a separate secure folder.
Smart TVs
Our Smart TVs have built in parental controls to help you manage what your children can access.
It’s simple to make sure children are only watching age-appropriate content by blocking programmes by rating or restricting access to certain apps.
Smart fridges
Our Samsung Family Hub Fridges come with a Wifi-enabled touchscreen and controls so you can connect with your family, stream music or mirror a compatible TV.
It’s easy to manage security controls and set restrictions on Family Hub features and apps to make it safer for the whole family to use.

The Online Together Project
We’re helping to make talking to young people about online safety simpler. Together with our partner, Internet Matters, we’ve developed a series of interactive educational tools to encourage open conversations about online safety between families. The tool offers age-specific information and advice on topics such as tackling online hate and gender stereotypes online.
Safer Internet Day
Samsung has proudly supported Safer Internet Day since 2017 by campaigning to raise awareness on the importance of online safety through digital campaigns and workshops in store. Discover how you can get involved.
Friendly WiFi
Every Samsung Experience Store in the UK is certified with the Friendly WiFi mark. This government-initiated standard for public WiFi ensures that filters are in place to block harmful content.
