Samsung Care’s We Come to You services
For your Samsung mobile device repair, Samsung Care lets you choose how and where is most convenient for you. With the #1 Service Center Network Coverage in the US for mobile devices,1 you’re never far from quality service at one of more than 950 authorized service centers across the country. Depending on your situation, most walk-in repairs take around two hours so you can get back to your day with minimal interruption. Too busy to take a quick trip to the service center? Samsung will come to you, whether you’re home, in the office or at a café. With our outstanding We Come To You service , a technician will, you guessed it, come to you, wherever you are, for a nominal $30 fee. If you’re in less of a rush, a QR- code supported mail-in option is always available which allows you to drop off your device at the UPS Store. Samsung Care for home Beyond Boundaries
When a TV or appliance malfunctions, it can turn into a big headache. Samsung’s award-winning2 Beyond Boundaries program provides 99.9%3 of the U.S. with convenient at-home repair coverage. If you’re within 4-hours of a service center, you can receive convenient at-home repairs for your TV or appliance. If you’re outside of the 4-hour area, Samsung will dispatch its Samsung Traveling Techs to your home. Either way, you’ll get your TV or appliance back on its feet and you can get back to your life. During the repair, the technician will conduct a 10-point diagnostic test to help correctly identify and repair the problem. The repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty or for the remainder of the device warranty.

For Samsung TV and appliances, Samsung Care+ redefines what excellent
service means. Samsung Care+ offers reimbursement for food spoilage and clothes damage if your refrigerator or laundry malfunction. And if you need TV repair, technicians will remove and remount your TV on your wall during the repair process. Most importantly, Samsung Care+ offers repair or replacement if your product stops working after the manufacturer’s warranty expires, with no added costs for parts or labor.
