Walk-ins or by appointment

Across the country, there’s over 9,000 certified repair technicians who have been specially trained and certified to make sure your repair is done the right way. And if you need any parts replaced in your device, don’t worry — they only use genuine Samsung parts, so you know you’re only getting the best quality materials back.

Instead of waiting for days on end without access to your phone, walk-in repairs for most Galaxy devices (Galaxy S21 and newer) are made within two hours with a prior appointment at 3pm or before. You read that right. 120 minutes is typically all it takes to get your phone and your life back in order. Out-of-warranty but in luck

If you’re not able to leave the house, Samsung Care also offers exclusive We Come To You van service for a nominal $30 convenience fee that does exactly as its name implies: sends a Samsung-certified technician to wherever you are. Alternatively, you can also mail in your phone for repair by creating a repair ticket and receiving a prepaid label and box. Or, you can drop it off at a UPS Store and they’ll package it up and ship it for you. With so many repair options to choose from, Samsung is doing its part in making your repairs as fast and convenient as possible.
