John Gibbs works in the Syracuse, New York, area and travels to rural and remote locations in the Adirondacks — sometimes up to 500 miles — to help customers resolve their appliance concerns. John exemplifies the spirit of Beyond Boundaries care, going the distance to make sure Samsung customers get the best service, no matter where they are.
A Samsung Care Certified Technician working in the Maryland area, Bang Park went above and beyond while performing an in-home repair for a customer. Larry, a Vietnam veteran, wanted to make sure he was getting everything out of his Samsung products, and Bang took extra time to explain all the features of Larry’s kitchen and laundry appliances, including some tips and tricks to help him enjoy them even more.
Working out of rural South Charleston, West Virginia, Samsung Care Certified Technician Austin Pierce has had to go off the beaten path to get to his service customers. Recently, when a customer’s steep, gravel driveway prevented Austin from driving the truck up to the house, he parked at the bottom and hoofed the equipment up on foot to get the repair done.
Rohan Brown, one of our Samsung Care Service Technicians, recently visited a home in West Abington Township, Pennsylvania, where he met Titus, an amazing painter. Rohan showed Titus what he was working on and how appliances function. Titus was so impressed with Rohan's customer service skills that he gifted Rohan one of his original paintings.

Care that comes to you
Repairs don’t have to put a damper on your plans. Convenient at-home repairs are just a click or call away. If you’re within four hours of a service center, you can receive convenient, at-home repairs for your TV or appliance. And if you’re outside the four-hour area, a Traveling Tech will be dispatched to your home. Either way, you’ll get your TV or appliance working and you can get back to your routine. During the visit, the technician will conduct a 10-point diagnostic test to help correctly identify and solve the problem. Repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty or for the remainder of the device warranty.
