Use the different modes on your convertible Samsung refrigerator

Note: The default temperature for Freezer mode is 0°F, and the default for Fridge mode is 37°F.

Your convertible refrigerator can be used as a regular fridge or as a freezer. You can easily switch between the two modes using the refrigerator’s Feature panel and select the setting that matches what you're putting inside. You’ll be able to check the refrigerator’s current temperature using the panel as well.

Note: Power Freeze will use additional energy when it’s activated. Make sure to turn it off if you are not using it.

The Power Freeze function will increase the fan speed and freezing process in your freezer. This will keep your food as cold as possible for up to 50 hours; after this time, the freezer will return to the previous temperature you’ve set.
