Virtual appointment

You can schedule video service appointment with a sign language agent from anywhere via email.

ASL Video service

ASL customer care support calls are available to you in popular platforms including: Webex, WhatsApp, or Google Duo.

We’ve made the process to request ASL support easy

To request service simply send an email to ([email protected]).
An ASL associate will respond to you with availability (time), and ask for your preferred method of communication (WebEx, WhatsApp, or Google Duo video link).
You confirm your preferred method of video communication (either a WebEx, WhatsApp or a Google Duo video link).
An ASL associate emails you a link and time for your appointment (WebEx, WhatsApp, Google Duo video link).
You and the ASL associate join the meeting at the scheduled time (via WebEx, WhatsApp, Google Duo video link).
An ASL associate greets you and begins your ASL support session.
