Issues with Air Command on Samsung Notebook

If you are having issues using or launching Air Command on your Samsung Notebook, it most likely means your PC is missing a program required to run it. It's also possible that there is a program installed that is preventing Samsung's software service from running.

Install the Air Command app.

Navigate to and open the Microsoft Store on your PC, and then search for and select Air Command. Select Get or Install to download it.

Important

If your model is not supported by Samsung Update, you will get a notification when attempting to run Samsung Update, or be unable to install it in the first place. In this case skip to Windows Update instead (step 3).

Install Pen Service & Driver from Samsung Update.

After you've installed Air Command, select the Start menu on the taskbar, and then find and open Samsung Update. Select Samsung Apps in the left menu, and then find and select Pen Service & Driver. Select Download.

Check for updates using Windows Update.

Select Start, select Settings, and then select Update & Security or Windows Update. Select Check for updates.

Make sure to look for optional updates which may be listed under Advanced options.

Uninstall any programs that interfere with Samsung's software service.

If Air Command still isn't working, uninstall any programs that may be interfering. For example, Goclean and Classic Shell are programs that force Samsung's software service to stop running.

Review the previous steps.

If your Air Command program still isn't working, review the previous steps again. Service is not required.
