How do I trade in my device?
Definition of the Trade-in program
The trade-in program allows you to return your old device and get a discount when purchasing a new device. When purchasing a product through the trade-in program, your old device must be returned once the new device is delivered to you. Although you can immediately see the trade-in value of your old device before deciding your purchase, this value may change depending on inspection results.
Eligible devices and conditions
Your trade-in device must meet the following eligibility requirements:
• When trading-in a mobile device, you are required to handover over the mobile device(s). You may return the original accessories if you choose but it is not required. When trading-in a wearable device or a tablet, you MUST include all the relevant devices' original accessories. Without these accessories, your wearable device or tablet will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for trade-in.
• There may be a reduction in the purchase price quoted for the Existing Device, depending on the make and model of the Existing Device and the assessment of the physical and working condition of the Existing Device.
• Subject to certain terms and conditions, the Trade-In Programme is applicable when you place an order with us to trade-in your Existing Device in exchange for a reduction in the purchase price of any New Device you wish to purchase via our E-Commerce Platform. If for any reason we suspect that any unlawful activity has taken, is taking or is about to take place, we may refuse to accept your Trade-Up application.
Ineligible devices and conditions
Devices that are lost or purchased overseas are not eligible for the trade-in programme.
